11/11

Happy Veteran's Day! Please take a moment and observe those who currently serve our country, those that have fallen, and those that have served and survived with great honor. My Grandpa, Marion A. Tripp, fought in WWII stationed in the South Pacific. He fought with courage, determination and honor. He made his country proud and I am proud of him. There is no bigger calling than the call of duty to your country and fellow American. He sacrificed it all so that I could live in a better today. According to family, Grandpa was never the same after the war and nor was any man or woman before or after his time. Give your vet and serving vet a hug and thank them from the bottom of your heart.

"Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves; and, under God, can not long retain it."
[Abraham Lincoln]
