Yesterday my parents and their friends went to Lynchburg, Tennessee to tour the Jack Daniels Distillery. They had a blast! Said it was a terrific time to be had and that my mom would love to babysit the kids so dh and I could take the tour. Mom said the history is amazing. My mom brought back some atomic fire bombs (candy) for Jose and me some taffy. I love taffy!!!

That taffy looks good. Have never had southern taffy. I'm wondering if it's different from the Salt Water Taffy you get on the east coast?
I'm not a taffy lover... give me Good & Plenty any day... but those taffies do look good! ;) Love your finishing!! YGG. Congrats on 3 years of being smoke free, too.
Your mom is right Julie! I have been there with DH and it is great fun even though I would never drink whiskey (DH does though at times). We went many moons ago (20 plus years) and DH bought a Tshirt that is so ragged but he still wears it. He thought it was so interesting to have been there so maybe that is why he won't part with it? LOL!
